Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, Hartford Mayor Eddie Perez, Travelers Vice Chair Chuck Clarke and more than 500 other guests were on hand as the Village for Families and Children held a gala celebration to kick off its Champions for Children Bicentennial Campaign.
