Henkel brightens the season for the Village for Families & Children
ROCKY HILL, Conn., December, 2009 -- On December 18, Henkel helped make the season a bit brighter for the children of the Village for Families & Children, Inc. a Hartford-based non-profit human services agency. Henkel, headquartered in Rocky Hill, Conn., purchased new coats, hats, and mittens for 45 children of the Village. Henkel also gave each child a toy and provided the food for the Friday evening holiday party. Henkel employee and part-time professional “Santa Claus,” Bill Niedbala, dressed in his full Santa uniform, passed out toys and apparel to the children, ages 2 to 13.
