The women of the Village Auxiliaries—over 400 strong, and all generous supporters of the Village through their gifts of time and talent—operate three shops in the Hartford region.

Second Chance Shops, as they are known, are staffed by generous members of the Village Auxiliary.  The Second Chance Shops offer new and gently used clothing, household goods, books and much more.  Sale proceeds come directly to the Village to benefit the most vulnerable families and children in our region.

Volunteers are always welcome at a Second Chance Shop.  It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and work for a good cause at the same time.
