Purpose: To provide secondary level
students with academic assistance, specifically homework help
and tutoring.
Program days/hours: Monday-Thursday,
2:45pm - 4:45pm
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to communicate comfortably with youth,
parents/guardians and school personnel.
Organized and able to work independently.
Knowledge of child development.
Knowledge of teaching skills/techniques/practices.
Knowledge of basic secondary school subjects
(Math, Science, English and Social Studies), etc.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist
Program Coordinator in the implementation of program curriculum.
Work one-to-one with students to fulfill the students' academic
requirements.
