The Village for Families and Children, Inc. is pleased to announce Susan Grady as a new member to its Board of Directors.  Susan Grady is Regional Vice President of Acadia Insurance Company's Connecticut Profit Center.  As Regional Vice President, she has 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Acadia she held underwriting management positions with The Hartford Financial Services Group, the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and Kemper Insurance Companies.  She is a graduate of Regis College and a past member of the Boys and Girls Club of Portland's Human Resource Committee.
