Event Draws High Profile Attendees

 

Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, Hartford Mayor Eddie Perez, Travelers Vice Chair Chuck Clarke and more than 500 other guests were on hand as the Village for Families and Children held a gala celebration to kick off its Champions for Children Bicentennial Campaign. Both the Mayor and Mr. Blumenthal both spoke at the event, as did Mr. Clarke, who serves as the Campaign's honorary chair. Guests also enjoyed a performance by 1964 The Tribute and took part in a lively auction. Travelers was the lead sponsor of the event.
