PROGRAM: FAMILY & COMMUNITY
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include general administrative support of the Community School. These include word processing, entering of data, and file materials as needed. Responsible for accounts payable functions and providing coverage for staff as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma with 2 years related experience

Bilingual skills desirable and cultural competency with client population served

Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications. Possess solid general computer skills, including ability to work in a Windows XP environment. Familiarity with specific applications used by the Village, such as ETO/Cayen, a plus

The ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities

The ability to be flexible and work as a member of a team and provide coverage

The ability to work autonomously

Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills

Good organizational skills

Comfortable working with diverse populations

Some evening hours required
